How do I make a payment? 

We Guarantee Freshness shop checkout uses PayPal and Stripe which is a secure and safe way to pay. PayPal and Stripe accepts all major credit cards and bank accounts.

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders (except apparel and some original art) are shipped the next business day via USPS. In most cases, your order will be sent First Class (13 ounces or less) or Priority mail (over 13 ounces). You will receive a confirmation e-mail and the tracking/customs number will be available on PayPal (only). 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. International shipping is available to include FPO addresses.

What is the store return policy?

Sorry, no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there are any discrepancies with your order, send a message through the contact page and it will be handled in a timely fashion.
